あなたにはAssociate to the Chairman / 社長室アソシエイトとして、Sakana AIが日本や世界の企業や政府機関と連携し、広範なエコシステムにインパクトを与えるための土台を整える役割を担っていただきます。特定のプロジェクトに閉じず、組織の変化に応じて必要な支援に飛び込み、ビジネスオペレーションや関係構築、戦略的準備など多岐にわたる業務に取り組んでいただきます。

役割と責任

• Chairman／社長の業務推進を多面的にサポートし、国内外の出張にも同行しながら、会社全体の課題解決や意思決定の迅速化に貢献する

必須要件（Must-have）

• 日本の政府機関で政策立案あるいは幹部の補佐をした経験
• 学士号または修士号
• ビジネスレベルの英語と日本語に堪能であること

歓迎要件（Nice-to-have）

• 海外拠点での勤務経験、または頻繁な海外出張の経験
• LLMやAIエージェントのような生成AIモデルの使用に対する情熱

Associate to the Chairman

As Associate to the Chairman, you will help build the foundation for Sakana AI to work with companies and government institutions in Japan and around the world, and to make an impact across a broad ecosystem. Rather than being confined to a single project, you will step into whatever support the organization needs as it evolves, taking on a wide range of work spanning business operations, relationship building, and strategic preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide wide-ranging support to the Chairman in driving their work forward, including accompanying them on business trips in Japan and overseas, and contribute to problem-solving across the company and faster decision-making

Must-have

• Experience in policy-making or supporting senior officials at a Japanese government institution
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Business-level fluency in both English and Japanese

Nice-to-have

• Experience working at an overseas office, or frequent international business travel
• A passion for using generative AI models such as LLMs and AI agents
